Hojicha is a roasted green tea from Japan characterized by its deep color, nutty flavor and sugary sweetness. A rich and deep tea that together with whiskey brings to mind new oak barrels. The roasted notes from the tea meet up with the whisky and together they create a deep, sweet and balanced character.
